Can we do a Donny or Sheffield United performance? Points are essential so I am hoping for a good game tomorrow.

I'm hoping that Jan-Paul Seijs will be in the side as well as Saganowski. Saga will be like a new signing and he was certainly talking up his chances in Radio Solent this evening (no doubt with a view to a move at the end of the season, but if he scores goals and keeps us up that'll be ok with me).

actually feeling positive about this one. 2 new signings (i include saga as he feels like one) that seems to be very promising and molyneux undecided but he might be good. there seem to have been some good vibes coming out the dressing room this week and jan seems to have started to realise we have problems with our mentality

team i expect jan to pick

davis
james saeijs perry molyneux
surman schneiderlin
smith mgoldrick holmes
saganowski

i would prefer bwp to smith but i reckon jan will continue with the left winger or striker or the right wing theory No

There could be as many as six changes to the Saints today, according to Radio Solent. Saga, BWP, Spiderman, Holmes, Molyneux and Seijs all in.

For the first time in ages, I feel more confident about our chances. I hope that confidence does not end up being misplaced!

Also on Solent, a party of supporters got a tour around Barnsley and saw, in the home dressing room, a notice on their board saying how that Saints are a young side, bad at set-pieces (especially the defence of), lacking mental toughness and basically there for the taking. It just shows how other teams view us. Evil or Very Mad
I wish Jan etc could see that and I wish our players could see it, too.

One of the supporters on the hospitality tour was a Saints fan and he said the comments were quite derogatory, according to Solent. Come on Saints - YOU CAN BEAT THIS SH!T!!

Crap free kick from Molyneux. It was in a good position, as well. This was after the responsibility had fallen to Holmes and he bottled it, by looking at the bench and walking away, apparently. Rolling Eyes
