Re: BARNSLEY UP NEXT
That is a bloody good question. We know that Paterson and Skacel are suspended. So Molyneux will probably play. Hopefully spiderman came through the game okay because we need him badly.
Re: BARNSLEY UP NEXT
This is where things get even more serious. No need to say that things have GOT to change for the better this half of the season or we can wave our Championship position goodbye. Points - all three - are imperative from the Barnsley game, although I feel more than a little despondent at the moment.

Re: BARNSLEY UP NEXT
If and when we lose to Barnsley the Donnie game takes on even more importance. Lose that and we could see some real unrest in the crowd. Perhaps we should target the manager instead of the idiot in charge who employed him. Get rid of him now and there is just a chance we could get someone who understands how to win in the championship.

Re: BARNSLEY UP NEXT
Jan will be spouting some nonsense soon about how we are going to win every game this month. Frankly we need to win every game this month (but I'd settle for a draw against Swansea if we win every other game) and this aint going to happen if Jan doesn't prepare properly for each game. Don't worry if we lose them all because we are still on course for promotion through the play-offs.

Re: BARNSLEY UP NEXT
Frankly I could quite happily take a loss against Barnsly AND Doncaster if it meant the end of JP (Lowe as well would be a massive bonus)
This season has turned out to be a disaster and I can't wait to see the end of it  ......not that I'm fed up with footy at the moment or anyfink

Re: BARNSLEY UP NEXT
well we can't afford to lose, especially against donny, if we want to stay up
but it will make no difference because i am almost certain that jan will make it to the end of the season at least.

Re: BARNSLEY UP NEXT
I'm in agreement with Teamsaint - we could lose every game from now until Doomsday and Lowe and Poortaloo will still be here, just like obnoxious and embarrassing relatives who just won't go away. I am afraid that we could be stuck with that pair of clowns for the foreseeable future unless other board members and/or shareholders grow some balls and oust Lowe again.
I want us to win every game. There's no way I can ever bring myself to wish us to lose unless it was a copper-bottomed guaranteed way of losing both JP and Lowe - but it isn't. I posted on the 606 site last night that JP is not a bad bloke, just a bad manager who's out of his depth. Although, quite frankly, I am now beginning to hate sight and sound of him!

Re: BARNSLEY UP NEXT
As I have suggested on another thread it is looking like action needs to be taken against the management. If we carry on like we are we are doomed to seeing League one next year. I just pray that we can get a couple of reasonable strong players in to help us out. Two or three more players with some fight and we could possibly climb to a relatively reasonable position.

Sorry mate, but we're going down anyway with JP in charge.
I'd rather changes were made now to atleast give us a fighting chance for the rest of the season.

Re: BARNSLEY UP NEXT
He was a complete waste of time, like some of the other loan signings we've had this season.

Re: BARNSLEY UP NEXT
Turns out we have managed yet again to find a win against all odds. Probably the first we didn't really deserve to win. No matter as long as it means some of them have started rolling up their sleeves for the fight/scrap. Could the Dutch signing be one of Jan's ideas. Is his outburst against Lowe showing signs of being to our benefit. Both new boys did okay for their first games and I hope as they gel they can grow to be better still. Think we still need a strong midfield holding player who can allow schneiderlin some freedom to go forward more often. Is it possible that we could let Lallana go now as we seem able to cope without him. Would be nice to see two wingers in our home game against Donny.
