No one can say that it is because we have a 'bunch of kids and that we can't expect consistency', blah,blah, blah, because we had experienced players - Davis, Skacel, Euell, Perry and even BWP - out there as well. It's because JP seems unable to get the very best out of the players and is inept. His system doesn't work and Saints can't play for the whole 90 minutes and always leave it far too late to make a difference - PNE game excepted.

A draw or unlikely win would have only papered over the cracks, which are as wide as the Grand Canyon.

Trouble is, when we start well (most home games) we run out of energy after 60 minutes. When we have a bad first half away, we have a better second half. This must surely place question marks over the teams overall level of fitness
