I hope so to but would settle for a draw as couldnt cope with the skates gloating. Surely one day justice will be done and they finally pay for all the crooked dealings that have gone on, still none of their creditors have received a penny while they continue to sign players, offer salaries of £10 to 20k a week and Premiership parachute payments line the pockets of players and staff.

In the last few seconds on Twitter.....
I have just been told that Jose fonte is in bed really not well. So it looks like Martin is playing his biggest game of his life!

I totally agree with you, re. the Skates' dirty dealings and justice one day being done (starting with a win tomorrow, hopefully). Re. tomorrow, contrary to my first post on this thread, I would also settle for a draw; a point at theirs and three points at SMS later in the season will do nicely.

I saw a rumour (on Saints Web) that Fonte has a broken toe. Either way, he may not be playing tomorrow.
I don't think Martin will let the side down either. He's originally (I believe) from the Isle of Wight, which has a mix of Saints and Pompey fans, so he'll know what the rivalry is like.

Re: DOWN THE ROAD ON SUNDAY
Fonte doesnt appear in any of the pics of squad in training on OS site, worrying, Was also wondering whther he might strat Butterfield out on right side of midfield. Bit more defensive but does have a decent cross. I would prefer to Schneiderlin who I think laid back style not suited to Sunday

Re: DOWN THE ROAD ON SUNDAY
The nerves have set in. Not badly, but the butterflies are starting to flap. By 1pm tomorrow, they'll have turned into bloody great vultures.
Nigel has got it and knows what it means to the fans, judging by his comments on the OS

Shit game, shit commentary, and shit defending from Guly for the skates' equaliser. I'll take the draw but pissed off we couldn't hang on to all three points.

Re: DOWN THE ROAD ON SUNDAY
Yeah a shame we didnt hang for the win but will take the point. Son went and said a poor game but skates never looked like scoring until fiasco near end. Guly did have a poor game but has been one of the better players in recent games, up to Adkins to see what is happening and change it. Fans saw it and were crying out for de ridder for Guly instead takes off Fox for Harding, Foxe is decent in the air and look at equaliser.
Now 2 home games coming up we must win, then NC needs to get the cheque book out, sign a decent striker and midfield player, hopefully Chappers will be back soon which at least solves right side of midfield

Re: DOWN THE ROAD ON SUNDAY
Rumour has it that Fox couldn't take the skate abuse and asked to be subbed. If that's the case then it's piss-poor from Fox.

Don't believe that, NA has taken Fox of a few times now and put on Harding, doesnt make a lot of sense to me and would play both if you want to tighten left side and if Guly playing poor then can move Lallana to right or up front. NA is a bit predictable at tiems with his subs.

Just how can you owe £30m when you have just written off over £100million? What a bunch of crooks and still signing players on loan! Still if selling one of CSI's assetts allows capital to be used by skates proves inextricably one company therefore points deduction should be imminent!

They DESERVE to go bust. How many times can they take the piss like that and get away with it? Their last 'punishment' was no punishment at all as they'd have gone down without the 9-point deduction. Maybe someone will have the gumption to pull the plug on the crooks this time.
