Re: UP THE ROAD TO READING.....
Well my last 2 predictions were a 1- 1 draw and we won both so going for a draw again!
Similar to the pairing of Chelsea and Liverpool we really need 4 points from our next 2 games, this and W Ham at home. Ceratinly think we are playing well enough to beat Reading but they are no mugs at home and will be fired up for their first home game under Nigel so a point wont be a bad result and should not get into the mind set of chelsea and Liverpool fans that we have a god given right to win games, just have to turn up.

Re: UP THE ROAD TO READING.....
Sadly this is the type of game where we have always been likely to stumble. Hope this time we can maintain our aggressive attacking policy and make it three wins in three.
Re: UP THE ROAD TO READING.....
Terribly dangerous........ but I am feeling fairly confident that Saints can get a convincing win. I'll go for 0-3!!
Unless we get the 3 points I am I'll have the courage to come on here Saturday night........

2-0, that's good enough.

Re: UP THE ROAD TO READING.....
Agreed Pete, 2-0 is fine. And it could have been 3 as I predicted.....Ramirez should have had a couple, Rodrigues was unlucky to hit the bar, and Guly should have scored in added time.
(Mind you Reading might easily have scored 2 or 3.....)
I was a bit annoyed when the commentator on MOTD said that the game contained 'precious little quality football'.
Pleased to see that for the first time this season we have moved above West Ham, making us the highest placed of last year's 3 promoted sides. I know West Ham have a game tomorrow so have the chance of leap-frogging us again.....but hopefully they'll not get anything from their Liverpool match.

Re: UP THE ROAD TO READING.....
Well a key win and think I will continue to predict saints to draw if it means that in fact saints win. Didnt see the game on tv as was travelling to Bristol but managed to get Sky updates on my phone. yet again rodrigues seems to have been the best player and he really is hitting a rich vein of form and the link play with Rickie is really beginning to show.
W Ham drew today so we stay above them but they have a game in hand but if we can beat next saturday will put us 3 points ahead. I to would like to finish above fat sam. Bearing in mind mid november they were 7th and we were 19th, 11 points behind quite nice if we can stay above them.

Re: UP THE ROAD TO READING.....
And West Ham's game in hand is against Man U so hopefully they'll struggle in that.
Re: UP THE ROAD TO READING.....
A good result, 3 wins in a row and, barring anything really stupid happening in the next 6 games, we are almost safe.
QPR result was hilarious, Arry was gutted, and looked like a broken man on MOTD2 last night. Couldn't happen to a nicer fella.
