That. Was. Crap. Wtf has happened to Lambert? Has he been abducted by aliens and a useless imposter put in his place? Saints need to improve a lot, they are just not good enough and not worthy of the pre-season 'favourites' tag.

I just hope we can get three points against Bournemouth on Saturday, as I am sick of seeing them at the top of the table, but I am not looking forward to it.

Pity about tonight's result, I think back to back wins could have meant a pretty full ground on Saturday.

A shame didnt do enough to win having taken the lead but glad to see Adkins comments where he was clearly not happy with not taking hold of the game having got in front. He has pretty much kept faith with the same team for his first few games and will have now seen that some are maybe not good enough. I simply do not believe that Puncheon is playing well enough to continue to start, shame for Seaborne but for me he is our 4th choice CH.

Lambert seems to be getting close, understand he hit the bar and ball bounced down then came out, surely the goals will come, hat trick on Saturday will do nicely.

Pretty certain that Fonte will start if fit, not only is he a good defender but he plays the ball out from defence which clearly by Adkins comments is something we weren't doing last night.

Expect Seaborne and Puncheon to be dropped from starting 11, I would go further and start Martin and Fonte at back, Jaidi 3 games in a week? Replacing Puncheon may be harder choice due to lack of options. Guly would seem best option as he seems to be a goal threat but again Adkins comments would suggest doesn't put in the work effort required yet.
