Will no doubt see a few leaving over next few weeks, AP indicated wants to bring in 4 more but guess will depend on how much money Nicola is prepared to spend after January purchases. Who would you like to see leave?

Will thin out the squad of mostly players who are never going to press for the first team.

Agree with that list Matty,I would let James go, and I would add Thomas to the list as well,I like him as a squad player but his injury record does not justify keeping him in my view.Also he is apparently on a big wage and that along with all the other money saved by releasing so many, should free up the wage bill and let us bring in four quality players.

Proved you are no idiot village idiot! Had forgotten about Thomas and agree his past history with his injuries means to big a risk to have as first choice at RB. He has been on a great contract at saints and made just under 60 appearances including as a sub in 3 years. Funny but I think he will probably end up at a championship side, but not a good one, unless of course he is willing to take big drop in salary but doubt he will and will probably be able to negotiate a signing on fee.

It seems a pity about Murty, but he'd only be useful if he could stay fit.

I agree about Murty but think his injuries meant he probably realises at the end of his playing career and think he is looking to be a TV pundit

It seems Murty's options are still being left open.........

After the Killer fiasco I do hope AP knows exactly what he is going to do.

Murty has a bad injury and is 35 going on 36(November). Even on a play and pay scheme he will be on a base wage. I sincerely hope that this situation won't stop us getting a right back as we wait to see if he will be able to play next season.
