So annoying this......I reckon Saints had been hoping to get him cut-price, we should have been prepared to at least match the Spurs bid.

Really annoying I agree Mike I think we tried to do on the cheap, and will have totally hacked off Koeman who clearly wanted him signed and Reed and the club have let him down. Got involved in a petty squabble over a technicality and have now lost out on a major player for us.

Frustrating when the club made so much money last season both in transfer fees and tv money.
