Well should have guessed we would turn it on today, have had the sign over MK Dons all season 4 games 4 wins. Dont know how well we played but Lambert hat trick and clean sheet has to be good news. Who knows what will happen on Tuesday against Hartlepool!

That was a good response to the abject crap on Tuesday night. I had a feeling we'd get the points today. Like Matty says, we have an Indian sign over the Franchise this season - 4 games, 4 wins and ten goals. And a first Saints hat-trick for one R. Lambert. The gap to the play offs is down to 13 points although, tbh, I don't think we're going to get there unless we win everything and someone else slips up badly.

Wasn't expecting any less after 3 wins against Dons already, but great result however and well pleased for Ricky to get his first hat-trick in red and white. Very Happy

I actually think AP rested Jaidi a game too late. Seaborne though not yet as good has more speed. Nagging away at the back of my mind is the question as to whether Dan could have stopped Swindons goal. We could have won if we had scored just one of our earlier chances but couldn't find the net.
Yesterday at half time I was dreading the second half. Too many times have we had a scoreless first half and come a cropper. King Rickie changed all that with the lucky but well taken first goal. The lift coming through the radio was so clear as we began to dictate. Good result for us and 3points Tuesday will be the perfect lift for Sunday's little Jaunt to Wembley.

We are fast running out of games to make the playoffs. Just 10 matches left and a 13 point gap. Still, for some reason I now have a weird feeling that we could do it!!!

If Saints win 4 of their next 5 league games (which must be a realistic possibility) and if EITHER Millwall OR Colchester can only win 2 of their next 5 games (surely thats quite possible?) then things will be very tight indeed for the last 5 games!!!

And 6 of our 10 games are at home.

Only trouble with that is that I have just done the BBC Predikter and we don't make enough points by 4 points. I do pray that I am wrong.

I have to agree that think we will fall short by 4 or 5 points. While one team in play offs will fall off others there to take their place.
