MAN OF THE MATCH?
Re: SAINTS MAN OF THE MATCH AGAINST YEOVIL
For me it has to be Hammond,I thought he was superb, he is showing, in my opinion to be a bargain for what we paid for him.He never shirks a tackle and gives it his all for 90 mins.good performances also from the whole of the back 5 and a promising cameo appearance from Papa Waigo. All in all i think we can be happy this weekend our team is on the march.

Agree Hammond had a a good game and close call for me with Lambert. For me Lambert works tirelessly up front with little support from Saganoski and few crosses to feed on and no chance from corners if taken by Lallana. Took the penalties so well and having watched the Watford game last season when we missed 2 penalties in first half he just gets my vote.

Re: SAINTS MAN OF THE MATCH AGAINST YEOVIL
I have chosen Hammond because he was able to both stop attacks and set up a few with his willingness to work. He also seemed to be able to get Morgan playing which was a big plus. Another player of his ilk would really make us a formidable unit. Jaidhi has also shown signs of leadership by coaxing the defence to work more and better still as a unit. Rickie just missed out in my book but was very close to the MoM. He has also given us the hope that penalties won't be a concern anymore.
As an aside, I wish that AP would pick Fish from the start because he looked good and does work well with Harding. It was noticable also that when he took over taking the corners we actually looked a lot more threatening. Lallana should never be allowed near the ball at any corner/free kicks again.

I think we have similar views S.F.C. Forever, i to thought we looked better and more of a threat when mills came on,i think it will be the same if Holmes plays wide left as well, i feel either just gives us a better balance and makes us more of a threat going forward.Totally agree about Lallanas corners i was moaning about him taking them to my son afterwords.Still at least now we appear to be on an upward trend with the club in general.
