Pompey up for sale

Heard on the radio on the way to work (Sun 7/12/08 ) that Pompey are up for sale.

Apparently they are refusing to talk to a South African consortium, Doe's anybody know of this consortium :?:

Was a story in Saturdays sun about them and their bid. Perhaps we could hijack them and let them take us over. In answer to your question they are a sports consultation(?) company.

More to the point has Lowe got it?

The South Africans are called "Prosport International" and are a sports management company. Frontman is called Greg James. Cut price £50,000,000 is on offer. They are also talking about Avram Grant as prospective manager.

I am sure that we would be a safer bet than them. We have our own stadium and would not cost too much to buy. Add to that the fact that we would need maybe three players to get into the promotion fight and everything looks a lot better.
Thanks to the cost cutting we are now able to say that with a slight increase in gate money we are nearly self sufficient. This would mean a lot to me if I was able to be in their position. They could cut the cloth according to their means.
