Re: CHARLTON ATHLETIC Commentary
Full time 0-0. Satisfied with a point, bearing in mind the battering we got in the first half. Worried about our lack of scoring ability though, and by the way our defence still wobbles.

Re: CHARLTON ATHLETIC Commentary
We were lucky in first half but better team in second half. Need a goal scorer and quickly.
Re: CHARLTON ATHLETIC Commentary
Three games unbeaten now. That's a bit more positive, but we need Stern John back.

STEEEEEERRRRRNNNNN JOHN, STEEEERN JOHN!! We would be easily mid-table if we were playing John especially at home.

Re: CHARLTON ATHLETIC Commentary
Now we have just got to win a game at home. Sky cameras and all must not stop us. Wednesday are not doing well so let's get behind them and push for a much needed home win.
Re: CHARLTON ATHLETIC Commentary
I can't believe Pekhart isn't better than either Robertson or McGoldrick. How about Paterson and Pekhart to start with BWP as sub.

Re: CHARLTON ATHLETIC Commentary
Home to Sky and Wednesday I'm afraid.
Spiderman seemed quiet this week and the midfield was non existant in the first half. Still only seem to play in one half of a game.

Well, we can't continue to lose and play badly in front of the Sky cameras. The law of averages states that we will win at least once on telly and the Wednesday game is a good place to start.

i'm pretty sure that it's the Palace game on Mon 8th that's on Sky, not Saturday's game against sheff wed.

Good call DH. I stand corrected. Makes one less reason for us to worry. Yes folks I'm wrong again.

Re: CHARLTON ATHLETIC Commentary
anyone think John has a future at the club? It is said he wants to stay which i believe it's just we're too stupid to want him.
I don't expect to see Rasiak in a Saints shirt again, Saga may be the same unfortunately.
There must be a quick and strong skillfull goalscorer coming through an academy somewhere in the lower divisions we can find, someone like aaron maclean. if not we will have to rely on the unreliable mcG, bwp etc. i noticed that heidar helguson seems to be available, i wonder how much he's on?
