Yeah have to agree with most of what is written. Hughes tries the same thing week in week out, when he subs he rarely changes the tactics unless so obvious like the 2 in midfield against Chelsea when he has little choice. He seems incapable of building a team that will fight and get into the face of the opposition which is really odd, I think he seems obsessed at trying to paly an attacking formation with 2/3 upfront but at the expense of any team cohesion.

Certainly need Reed out of the club as his presence is all around and seen as untouchable. Sack him and maybe just a few of the players may feel their place is at risk and need to do something other than go through the motions. Drop the bigger name players if not performing, Hoedt, Lemina, Hojberg, Cedric make them want to fight for their place but suspect some may just moan and want out so sell them. I would like to see Armstrong given a run, a Celtic fan said he is a good player once he gets a run and in the right formation will score goals, he thinks 10 - 12 a season, that would be about 10 years for Shane! Ward Prowse deserves a run and Ro,eau should be brought back and made Captain, under Bertrand the casual don't really care approach seems to have filtered down to players.

Some interesting thoughts there Matty, thanks.

The short programme on Sky of the Bournemouth game seemed to show Hojberg as coming closest to scoring on more than one occasion, you don't think he deserves his place?
