Can Saints complete the double over Chelsea? I am somewhat doubtful but fingers crossed I am wrong.

Having issues with my laptop so short report. Deserved a point played well first half Cedric was was great first half. Long and Austin played well and Long took his goal well. Second half Chelsea got on top but injury to Long cost us the game. Brought on pelle which while logical proved a turning point. Right from off trying fancy flicks loosing the ball putting us under pressure. He should have strengthened midfield and gone with at least 4 in midfield.
Mane came on and made 2 contributions, getting caught offside and falling over.

Only positive was I had a sneaky feeling on the day we might lose and had a Chelsea win in my 6match accumulator, £2 bet returning £280 so not all bad, though if I can't fix the laptop will soon get spent!

Saw the full game on Sky this time and thought most of our team did well, up till the last 20 minutes anyway. Clasie is now proving to have been a good buy after all....and Romeu looked strong.

I think Pelle coming on was a bad move. He just hasn't got it at the moment. For me, I would have preferred to see Juanmi given more of a chance. The guy is an international??

Mike good point re Juanmi or Tadic even who can hold the ball well even if he cannot tackle. Problem is most managers turn to guys they signed, Pelle was one of Koemans initial signings, to be fair did well , but now seems to be off the pace and struggling in a 442 formation, the 433 seemed to suit him.

Hope we stick with Juanmi as have seen enough to show has potential

With Austin out, maybe Juanmi will get a chance, but more likely RK will persevere with Pelle

Maybe Juanmi has upset RK in training???
