Chelsea haven't started well, is that a good sign for Saints? Or are they going to take it out on us??

Well it makes it almost impossible to predict, do they respond to the defats and come out fighting and steam roller us or do they still lack confidence and if we go at them can we add to the pressure on Chelsea. Personally I would have signed their doctor this week and really got up the special ones nose, plus I think she is well respected in the game for knowing her stuff so would be a good acquisition.

I would hope we play a more solid formation, stop them playing and use Pelle's aerial power and Mane's speed to cause them problems.

Really to hard to call, a defat at Chelsea is what we would expect so will not be to down beat if that happens but would not be surprised if we came away with something

I even nearly went with a 3 - 1 win but thought you would all think I had gone nuts. Chelsea are in trouble as their defence is slow and as I thought mane's pace and Pelle's strength caused no end of problems. I didn't see Davis having probably his best game of the season. Romeau and Wanyama in midfield give lots of protection though Romeau seems to be the one to go off if looking to add creativity.

Could not understand why Chelsea put Cahill on Pelle as opposed Terry, Pelle gave him grief all game and the subs by Chelsea were really odd.

great team effort with some good passing and much more like last season and Bertrand again showed what a difference he makes and VVD.

Only negative Fonte didn't look overly comfortable on the ball and should never have allowed Falcao in on goalie for the penalty claim which they had and Stekelenberg should not get beaten from 40 yards on a free kick no matter how good the kick, ball in the air plenty of time to re position

I would guess that Romeu being on a yellow card, and possibly at risk of picking up a red, could have been a factor in the decision to choose him as the one to make way.
