Sky Sports are saying that we are close to appointing Koeman......and bookies appear to have stopped taking bets as he is in to 1/50!!

Certainly the mood changed yesterday that no longer seems a doubt and should be Monday or Tuesday next week, sure saints would have leaked something if that wasn't going to be the case, also new kit and then fixture list so the PR team trying to line up stories for each day.

Still believe the process in announcing has taken to long which had a negative impact but hopefully we can get it announced and then get down to the serious business, which is not the kit or whether we go back to stripes, but who we bring in and who we keep

A bit concerned that he may still have to decide between Saints and Galatasaray........they certainly seemed to make their minds up a hell of a lot quicker than Saints did.

Does look like tied up now, his brother to come in as his assistant, will need a goal keeping coach maybe Coles or possibly a job for Kelvin

Yes please. Koeman it should be ... and early this week.

Just need to get it done as if this unravels after all of this club will look stupid, fortunately not to many other clubs on the look out for a manager at the moment so think we are best available.

So he is still not in Southampton??

I think they said when he signed would be off for 2 weeks, guess the players were not due back so not much he could do at St Marys and moving country will be lots to sort out which means he can focus on the team when he arrives. I suspect he has been watching the World Cup anyhow.
