NIGEL AT READING!

Saving them is going to be a tough job.....but somewhat worried about Saints' chances at Reading next week, remembering the matches recently against Pardew's Newcastle and Redknapp's QPR.
As i said on 3rd March.....
It often seems that players who have moved on from Saints score against us when we play their new team.....it seems the bad luck extends to managers as we have now lost 2 consecutive games to former Southampton managers.

In which case hopefully third time lucky when we play them. Dont think he will keep them up but think will improve the spirit there and will mean our game there will be a tough one.

One thing, I would expect the players to be really up for the game now, much more than they might have been otherwise.

yeah I think the players will want to beat Nigel but in a nice way, to show him how good they are and that is partly down to him. Game though will be tough and depends on who gets the first goal. If it goes to reading then will get the momentum and will be difficult for us to get back into the game, will be more like a derby than would have been so am expecting a draw, again!
