Ok, I know it is only the Star but it they are right about Spanish newspaper reports.........

Usual lazy journalism as far as I am concerned.

Nigel was bookies favourite before season started to get the sack and 4 defeats cant have improved that. Benitez is looking to get back to premiership, though suspect would be looking for a "bigger" club as he has a pretty big ego so not a hard leap for our normal lazy journos to submit a story and claim their money, I could get a job working for the Daily Star if I didnt have standards!!!

It's the same with any club who are underperforming and/or getting bad results, the manager's position is always the subject of speculation and any Joe Bloggs manager currently out of work gets linked.

As long as it isn't Redkrapp.

Hmmmm, I could say the same about my job......and then be sacked tomorrow. Wouldn't this be a lot more re-assuring if Nicola Cortese could make a similar statement???
