A LOAN MAKES SENSE???

Certainly think the Echo have made more of this than is in the story reflecting the poor relationship between paper and club. I dont think this is unusual for premeirship clubs and indeed other clubs have similar arrangements. It does remove the myth that some still believe the Liebherr family have shedloads of money they will pour into the club. There is a 5 year plan which I believe they intend to honour, at the end of that period the club will probably be sold.

suspect the Ramierez deal may have something to do with this as having to pay more up front then we originally planned or budgeted so needed to be able to prove funding in place hence this arrangement.

I was more hacked off the way they got rid of the programme sellers. Must cost them about £300 a game plus a few free tickets. Dont have a problem doing differently and doing away with them and selling inside ground but to tell them 3 days before a game just shows crass management. Could easily have given 3 months notice, done it in person after a game and no story. Someone in the management chain at st Marys is a complete prat and as a manager myself would be appalled if one of my staff acted like that
