From what some of the QPR fans are saying on there it seems he's a decent player

Definitely saints are in for a centre half, sky sports linking us with Bristol City Fontaine. Think would prefer a younger CH but trust in NA's judgement.

I thought Gorkss didn't want to drop down a division, that he wanted to stay and fight for his place at QPR? Then he goes and signs for Reading as he thinks Reading have got more of a chance of going up than us (he hasn't actually said that, but you get the feeling that this is the case. Bit of a slap in the face). Reading must have offered him more money.

or he got fed up waiting on us as NC playing games in terms of fee for Puncheon. if you want a apleyr you go in make an offer and make it happen. While happy with thsoe we have signed think we have missed out on to many, CMS and Ryan Harley both signed for Brighton and both would have improved our squad and we seemed unable or not willing to sign.

I've just been reading that. I don't like it either. Deals that SFC are trying to do are falling through - why is this? Is the club fast gaining a bad reputation, either dragging their heels or pulling out of deals? That will do the club no good in the short to medium term because other clubs, players and their agents aren't going to want to deal with Saints because they think they're going to be messed about.

However...QPR haven't exactly hurried over the possible signing of Puncheon, have they? QPR are just as bad as Saints - unless NC was arsing about over that as well.

Saints shouldn't be dithering over players. If we want quality players then go and get them. Don't get ripped off but don't take the piss out of the selling club either. He who hesitates is lost as the saying goes, and the club needs another two or three additional players, ones as good as or better than what we have, to make it a real promotion contender.

Or they'll pull a rabbit out of the hat and sign someone unexpected. You never know with this club.
