CAN SAINTS BOUNCE BACK AT TRANMERE?
After the disappointing result against Notts County, can we get straight back to winning ways?
Re: CAN SAINTS BOUNCE BACK AT TRANMERE?
I think we will, as home side Tranmere will come at us so will get more chances this week. Looking to Puncheon to show why other clubs are keen on signing him with another chance in shop window.

Puncheon's not in the team and not even in the squad. It looks like he didn't board the bus and might be leaving the building soon, if we can read anything into his absence.
The Saints match has got a crap commentator on Solent today, bloke called Andy Moon. He did one of our games before and was rubbish. Still, it could be worse, it could be the awful Alan 'Shouter' Seabrook.

Saints defensive mix up, 1-0 down already. Tranmere aren't letting us play.

H/T 1-0 to Tranmere. A very poor first half, I hope the second is better. I don't expect to win every game but there's no excuse for a poor performance; although Tranmere aren't letting Saints play, Saints sound nervous and all over the place although they have slightly improved towards the end of the first half.
Good team losing 1-0 away at a sh!t team is also happening in the Championship, Leeds are losing against the Sk8s. Brighton v Bournemouth is 0-0

Second half underway. Still the same frustrating mistakes and inability to score.

Re: CAN SAINTS BOUNCE BACK AT TRANMERE?
How come the likes of Brighton can keep going and not dropping too many points while this, the most expensive squad in L1, fall apart as soon as things don't go our way? A good test of our promotion credentials would be to turn the 2-0 deficit around and take at least one point or all three. The commentators say Saints are 'in command' (notwithstanding we're 2-0 down FFS) but I feel that it's too little too late - this is Saints we're talking about. If we're not in total command all game, or at least for one half, we only start playing for the last 15 minutes and, for a team that were labelled 'favourites' for this season, this is poor.
The very poor start and the dodgy pre-season is costing us, we've lost too many points and have been playing catch up all season. We've had a good run over the festive period and into January, until last week's poor draw against Notts Co, but we really should be doing better against poorer teams. Brighton do, Bournemouth do - yes, they have to odd slip-up - why can't we? We're either very good or bloody awful.

Why does 5 minutes of added on time go so slowly when we're hanging onto a lead but so quickly when we're chasing the game?
F/T 2-0. Bollocks.
