In case we've forgotten, there is a game tonight.

Jaidi for Martin and Connolly for Barnard.

Saints: Davis, Butterfield, Fonte, Jaidi, Harding, Puncheon, Hammond, Schneiderlin, Guly, Connolly, Lambert. Subs: Bialkowski, Dickson, Barnard, Wotton, Chamberlain.
Swindon: Lucas, Cuthbert, Morrison, Amankwaah, Kennedy, Douglas, McGovern, Ferry, Timlin, Pericard, Austin. Subs: Smith, Ball, O'Brien, Dossevi, Evans.

Quiet start so far

Pericard puts Swindon 1-0 up

Austin puts Swindon 2-0 up

Arses, 2-0 down. 'There's only one Alan Pardew' being sung loud and clear. I have a feeling that at the final whistle scenes will be ugly.

This is sh*t. What a f**king awful season.

Now Barnard's been sent off. What a f**king SHAMBOLIC season. Utter shyte.

Not too bothered about this game but Barnard out for 3 games is a big blow. Unless we get in a top level manager (e.g Martin O'Neill) then this will have been a really crap few days.

I would like to agree about not being bothered, but I can't. Apart from it being our only chance of winning a trophy (unless we get promoted as champions or winning a play off final - ha ha) I hate the abject way the team threw it away. A quote from a guy on SW says it all, really:

That was an absolute disgrace. For anyone who says being knocked out of the JPT is no big deal i suggest a reality check. This was OUR trophy and we've just handed it on a platter to someone else. What a ****ing disgrace of a performance.
