Re: FOREST COMMENTARY
Preston clear ball of line twice in dying moments as they win to go into playoffs.
Re: FOREST COMMENTARY
That's it for this season. I hope to see some of you next season with some better results to cheer home.
Re: FOREST COMMENTARY
Thats a terrible result to be 1-0 up with 20 minutes to go then let in 3. It sounds as if we could have killed them off but once they score one they have the momentum and then bringing on Olly, Gobern and Gasmi probably didn't help either.

Re: FOREST COMMENTARY
Injury to Saeijs was main problem. Gobern and Ollie must be feeling really sick. Gasmi will be back home by now probably or at least packing his cases. What a complete waste of time this season has been. Can only hope that the youngens have learnt enough to help next term
Re: FOREST COMMENTARY
Pity we couldn't have finished this shite season with a flourish. I loathe Forest. I see Norwich are down with us. So that's three ex-Prem sides gone down to the depths.

Re: FOREST COMMENTARY
All three were recently in Premiership as well. Too much money going to too few clubs. Sky you are killing our game at the bottom.
Re: FOREST COMMENTARY
I agree, the whole thing needs scrapping and rebuilding. Or the big clubs can bugger off to a league of their own. I don't see it happening though. Money - more specifically Sky money - has ruined football.

Re: FOREST COMMENTARY
The thing is, Sky and all the other media moguls are only interested in the top 4 teams. The rest have to pick up the scraps. The big four are almost guaranteed at least double the exposure of any other Premiership team. this is even worse as you drop down the leagues. I wonder how many teams from the bottom two leagues will get any exposure. Not many is my guess and that makes it ever harder to compete. Every year we are finding it harder and I can almost guarantee mors clubs going into administration in the next season as the lack of funds bites ever harder.
Let us pray that who ever buys us out has at least got some spare cash so that we can get ourselves a manager fully able to turn our slide around and point us back up to the heights we have been accustomed to recently. A man who we can sing songs about and whose army we will proudly join.

Re: FOREST COMMENTARY
Sky is responsible for the overall problem in football and the increasinf financial divide between top and bottom.
However it is nothing to do with our relegation this season, that's due to the players and the manager.

Re: FOREST COMMENTARY
Must agree. With Lowe,Wotte and Jan handling the team affairs it wouldn't have mattered how much we had. They would have wasted the lot. Must be there female homones

Re: FOREST COMMENTARY
Problem solved. Make everyone interested in football ownership take a hormone test before being allowed to go forward.
