Gasmi was withdrawn after 70 minutes, isn't he even good enough for the Reserves now??

still cant find any news updates regarding the injury

maybe gasmi was taken off as he might be in the squad for saturday
this might just be the game he needs to gain confidence

When we see reports on reserve games it never sounds as if he gets a really good right up.Jury is still out on him. Jan did say after the game that he would like to start with the same team on saturday. If I made a change it would be to bring a winger in so we can go all out for a few goals. Our goal difference needs a boost quite badly.

Jamie White has a fractured fibula and also dislocated left ankle. Lost him for a while I'm afraid.

Looks like Jan has a strong liking for Saga and he is expecting him to score the goals to get us out of trouble. He also feels that Saga and Mcgoldrick will be a good partnership.

Will our new Head coach make many changes for the game? Perhaps play players in their proper positions.

This time tomorrow we will have an idea how Wotte will play his cards. Hope he's got some aces up his sleeve.

Surman is suspended so hopefully that will allow us to put a tackler in centre mid alongside Morgan. Also I hope Skacel comes back in the starting line up and whoever plays right wing is right footed. That way we might have a chance of scoring a goal.

I hope Skacel gets picked and I wonder if Euell could be picked for the game as well in midfield. Where is Pulis and Gasmi? We have had them on our books for 6 months and still niether has had a game. Gasmi is struggling to get a full game for the reserves so why don't we tell him to sling his hook.

Why no Skacel? Surely he could have slotted in for Surman.

Didn't look any different to Jan's team did it. Players playing out of position and players left out who should have been in at the start.

Do we not have a right back anywhere? Not having a go at James but as much as he has improved I am sure we would be better having him on the right of midfield. Tackles better than Lallana and Surman and does sometimes get some good crosses in.

See Holmes is going to miss a game or two now.

I was hoping that with Wotte having been able to watch where Jan was going wrong and also saying that he would not be like Jan that we would see something a bit different, but I was wrong which was a disappointment. If there's a silver lining to the fact that Holmes is out for up to a month it's that Wotte might not feel he has to play 2 left wingers just to get 2 players he likes on the pitch. Who should be our left winger? I would go Surman with Rudi at left back because I'm about Molyneux. Trouble is we have no right wingers because we have sent them both out on loan, although with McClaggon now in the team we might have a good weapon there. Wright-phillips isnt bad as a winger, but I would much prefer to see him playing off Saga. As you say SFC, going into this season without a recognised right-back was a ridiculous mistake. Why did we get the likes of Gasmi, Pulis and Peckhart who have added nothing and ignore a blatant problem. James has improved a lot and I now feel reasonably confident in him, but he is more suited to right midfield and on many occasions this season has been a liability.

I'm hoping that having seen the way the game unfolded Wotte will revert to 4-4-2 for our team. At least he recognised we needed to change things.
