I think the guys a nut case who got lucky with a few wins. Bearing in mind most of the squad are either premiership players or loans from premiership clubs on 10 to 20 grand a week any thing other than top 10 should be seen as a failure. Just listen to him after his team have been beaten, blames it on everything except a better team!

He took the job knowing he couldn't really lose. Be at the bottom and could blame on the turmoil yet knew he had a squad of ex premiership players.
