It seems a little strange to me how things are going. It makes me wonder whether they had someone in mind for the job at the time of the takeover but have now discovered he would be unpopular with the fans so they are thinking again.........

Not a bad shout. Seems bizarre to sack Wotte and not have a replacement lined up.

Originally it was the end of this week, now an announcement expected early next week.....

I really don't see how they could expect Wotte to help them out and carry on whilst they interviewed candidates for his job!

I am wondering whether they had arranged with someone who let them down.
Either that or Wotte decided he didn't want it anymore once he had learned of their plans. He did have a habit of running free from the mouth.
