PORTALOO GONE -NOW WOTTE?
Oh dear here we go again will ducky ever learn?
After guiding a strong reserve side to a 2-1 defeat against mighty Millwall, Wotte certainly seems the ideal man for the job....

Press conference on Monday, fingers crossed this is only a stopgap and they intend to get someone else quickly. The trouble is the season is starting to run out........

Re: PORTALOO GONE -NOW WOTTE?
Answer is quite simple.
Must be person with experience of English football.
Must have a strong character.
Experience must show some quality in his job.
Must be able to work on a shoestring.
Above all he must be capable of getting our team to work as a single unit. That means the midfield has to be fully prepared to work and tackle in the best interests of the team. Our defence is weak but it has never been helped by the poder puff girls in front of it.
Short term I would be looking at someone like Ian Holloway.
Long term Alan Curbishley. With Curbs we would struggle to pay his wages but we could give him the incentive of increased wages etc as we improve.

Re: PORTALOO GONE -NOW WOTTE?
I feel a little sorry for Wotte as he is thrown into the fire with no time for mistakes. The planned demonstration for Swansea game is still going ahead. Just hope his appointment is short term as he is directly in the firing line along with the board. A loss at Norwich followed by another at home on Saturday will really put the cat among the pigeons.
