WHAT THE OTHERS ARE DOING.....
Three big games tonight.... Chelsea v Brighton, Man City v Cardiff, Spurs v Palace. All three ought to be home wins and great for Saints if they all end that way. But football being football its unlikely to happen. Hoping that Chelsea can find their form and that they and Man City can get wins. Think I'd settle for a draw for Spurs v Palace, I can't really see Palace going down anyway.

Re: WHAT THE OTHERS ARE DOING.....
Oh, and Chelsea if you could see your way to beat Brighton by 5 or more goals that would be much appreciated as it would push us up above Brighton on goal difference!!
Re: WHAT THE OTHERS ARE DOING.....
I think Chelsea scoring 5 is highly unlikely with Sarri in charge. would expect City to win though again suspect they will rest quite a few.

Re: WHAT THE OTHERS ARE DOING.....
Well most of my wishes came true....... 3 home wins...... pity Chelsea couldn't manage 5 goals but 3 was a pretty good effort
Re: WHAT THE OTHERS ARE DOING.....
Yes, even a draw would be enough at this stage.

Re: WHAT THE OTHERS ARE DOING.....
Today it would be good if Bournemouth, Burnley, Palace and Newcastle all lost......... but as they are up against each other there is not much hope of that. I don't really know what I would like to see happen in these.
Re: WHAT THE OTHERS ARE DOING.....
another interesting weekend with other clubs but bottom line for me is want everyone to beat Cardiff, Bournemouth, Brighton, Burnley and Fulham to play them. If they lost those all only drew a couple then think that would be them down. Not fussed about catching the other team above us though would be nice to, just want to be safe before last game

Re: WHAT THE OTHERS ARE DOING.....
Have faith Matty...... I am optimistic Saints can finish 14th or higher, as long as they don't ease off if it becomes clear they will be safe.
Re: WHAT THE OTHERS ARE DOING.....
Thankfully Cardiff lost again today, and having a poorer goal difference than Saints they now will need a minimum of 6 points from their last 3 games to overtake us. Unfortunately Palace won....... it doesn't affect the relegation issue but I have been hoping we might finish above them.
Re: WHAT THE OTHERS ARE DOING.....
Brighton got lucky at Wolves and an unexpected point there, they might nick a win against Newcastle as they will be on the beach after they beat us but think that will be it so 2 points above us so a win puts us above them. Cardiff could beat Palace, normally would have gone for Palace but again having won yesterday they will be on the beach and would bet money they rest Zaha as they would love to see Brighton relegated. They could win at Fulham though will be a close game and think will be a draw, you would think Utd at Old Trafford was a home banker but having watched Utd on the telly yesterday I am not so sure, Think Utd might regret making Solskjaer manager. So wouldn't be surprised if Cardiff picked up 7 points, though realistically think will only get 4 points.
A win at home to Bournemouth will make us safe from Cardiff and think we will end up 16th.
