Can Saints get anything from this?

(I have a horrible feeling that Saints may have already had their last win of the season)

Well saints more than nicked this one, admittedly city rested a few players but still had Bony, Nasri, Delph and Sterling to bring in. Saints started brightly, Mane had a riun at the city defence and got away a shot but lacked power and straight at Hart. City had a chance when they broke down our right hand side got the ball back and should have scored but Forster blocked. Saints looked lively and my mate Tadic played a key role. Ball knocked over the top and Tadic for once didn't give up and managed to flick the ball back into the box and Long showed more determination to beat the defender and prod home. Just a few minutes saints got their second and again Tadic had a key role, Wanyama won the ball and passed to Tadic who played a great ball through to Mane who shot first time past Hart. Long went close and on the break we were pulling city apart. Then we gave away a soft goal, poor defending and poor clearance by Martina let city back in just before half time.

Second half city started well and had a shot saved by Forster then we got our third, a corner won by Bertrand had Virgil header tipped onto the bar and Mane was first to react to hit home the rebound. Got better with the 4th, van dyke won the ball in midfield, Tadic then played another great pass to Mane who squeezed past Hart. Still time for city to score another, saints backed off giving all the time to fire high and wide past Forster

So a well deserved victory, no Pelle for second game running, both games scored 4 so think the writing is on the wall.
Forster 6 not much chance with either goal a Cple of decent saves
Bertrand 7 got forward well and looking good again
Fonte 8 numerous interceptions was rock at the back
Van dyke 6 a few rods in his game to day but unlucky with header and overhead kick for a goal
Martina 6 Miskickfor their first goal but did some good covering second half
Classie 6 decent game
Davies 7 usual high energy game
Tadic 9 three assists and some other decent passes playing for a new contract I think
Long 8 desire for goal non stop running all game
Mane 9 another hat trick well taken goals

Wanyama 7 usual battle in midfield good pass for second goal
Classie 6
