Re: SEASON'S GREETINGS
same to you Mike. No doubt warmer where Pete is, lucky bu**er.
Was quite mild here earlier around 13 but dropped quickly and supposed to be 5 or 6 tomorrow but sunny so cannot really complain.
going to be cold for a few days so will be a cold one for Chelsea game.
Off up to friends tonight, idiot that talked me into going to Burnley so a few beers and the a nice relaxing day tomorrow, kids are all way so just 2 of us and me cooking as wife is working in the morning. Gets busy after that with visiting son and gf Boxing day and off to my brothers Saturday, should be fun as he is a Brighton fan and his son a Villa fan, time for some gloating I think!!

Re: SEASON'S GREETINGS
It's in the mid 20s here right now, so no complaints from me. Have a great day.

Re: SEASON'S GREETINGS
A happy and healthy 2015 to you Matty and Pete!!!
(I saw in the year half-watching the celebrations from Glasgow and Edinburgh on TV. So embarrassing, the girl leading the singing of Auld Lang Syne in Glasgow managed to forget the words, her backing group tried to cover for her but only made it worse..........and then the commentator from Edinburgh made her first gaffe of the year: "Ahh, the New Year fireworks here in Edinburgh, they never fail to disappoint!!".)

Re: SEASON'S GREETINGS
I know what you mean Pete, it seems more like a select gentlemen's club than a football forum, I used to think it was quiet here back when we had a dozen or so regulars but it would be great to have a dozen regulars again..........
Anyway, I have tried putting a link to the thread for the Arsenal match on Facebook in another effort to get people here, but I don't anticipate any success.

Re: SEASON'S GREETINGS
Happy new Year to both of you, have tried to get more people to join but seem to be stuck on Saints web and the abuse they get!
Good night at Marwell Hotel, but have not heard from my mate what time we are going today, will have to see if he has surfaced yet!

Re: SEASON'S GREETINGS
Yeah, I've also tried to talk up the site with a few people but no success so far. I'll have another go at this soon.

I paid out £3 for my post on Facebook to be 'boosted' and apparently it went out to some 6700 people........but not a sausage on here!
Re: SEASON'S GREETINGS
Nice try anyway Mike.
BTW, how's the weather over there, cold I guess. It's hot here today but far more so in Adelaide and Melbourne, with bushfires.

Re: SEASON'S GREETINGS
Here in Scotland it's cold and icy mostly, temperatures around freezing in the day, maybe -3 or -4 at night. A couple of snow showers yesterday but not enough to settle yesterday thank goodness as I have a half-hour drive to work and I hate driving in snow.
Re: SEASON'S GREETINGS
We very occasionally get snow showers here (Canberra) in winter and when this occurs it is a newsworthy event. I don't envy you Mike. Take care mate.
