Gasmi, was anyone else happy?
I don't know why really, but while all the gossip was flying around towards the end of the transfer window, I was really hoping we'd sign this fella. I was thinking to myself "Please don't sign Pulis if it means we can't have have Gasmi". Anyone else think that?
I've never seen him play, he's to short to be the next Zidane but still, I was really happy we signed him. Don't know why, I've not seen him play and I'm really excited about his potential.
Fortunately we ended up getting them both and I'm delighted to be honest. All the players that have come in seem fairly astute acquisitions and I'm still (perhaps overly) optimistic about our chances this season.
So then, what do you think about signing Gasmi?

The more games these kids get the better they look. If Gasmi is good enough to replace one of our team he must be good.

Re: Gasmi, was anyone else happy?
Jan is giving him a good talk up so he could be a good signing. Let's hope so.

Reasonably happy with the signing of Gasmi, not so pleased about Pulis. For some reason I can see Pulis eventually becoming one of those players whose reputation goes before them, just the mention of his name on the team sheet will attract a groan from the crowd.

It would only take a few decent games to change that! ;)

He'll have to play his way into contention first. Will know soon enough how Jan wants to use him.

Re: Gasmi, was anyone else happy?
Sometimes these kids do listen. God that is a surprise. Must admit I'm very curious as to how good or bad he will be. It is possible that the increased pressure from being the manager's son wouldn't help.

Did you write that yourself Lippy? You could teach Big Sis a thing or two..... ;)
