OUR SAINTS' PLAYER OF THE YEAR

In previous years we have had our members vote for Player of the Season but this is not really possible this year in view of the lack of activity on here. I toyed with the idea of basing it on votes from just Matty, Pete and myself but this might not have produced an outright winner. Matty is the only one of us to have actually been to games so I have decided to base our award on Matty's player ratings throughout the season........hope you have no objection to this Pete!
To be eligible players have had to receive at least 4 ratings from Matty.

Of those placings the only real surprise to me was the absence of Schneiderlin I think.

I think they are about right, though possibly Schneiderlin was probably better than Cork. Problem was the strength of our midfield, just need to keep them together.
