Re: HULL CITY AWAY
Given the choice of one or the other, I am whether I would choose 3 points tonight or a Cup win on Saturday. I have a feeling we will win tonight, maybe 0-1 or 0-2. Fingers crossed.......
Re: HULL CITY AWAY
Yay, got it right......though Saints should really have won by a much bigger margin.
Up to 8th although only for a day if Newcastle can get a win against Spurs tomorrow.
Hoping tomorrow for....
Newcastle to lose at home to Spurs so that we stay 2 points above them.
Man United to slip up at Crystal Palace so that we stay just a couple of points behind them.
Sunderland to be run ragged at Arsenal so that they are still exhausted for our game on Saturday.

1-0, that's good enough away mid week.

Re: HULL CITY AWAY
saw the highlights on Sky Match choice and certainly deserved the win and created enough chances but combination of woodwork, goalie and some indifferent finishing meant was a closer game then could have been.
Top marks to Steve Bruce interviewed afterwards. said they didn't do enough against a very good Southampton side who deserved the win. interviewer highlighted that the corner that lead to the goal should have been a goal kick but he said "clutching at straws, they were the better team and deserved to win." Don't remember him being quite so generous in his early management career but a refreshing change to the likes of Twitchy, Hughes and Fat Sam

Mike you did it again! Sunderland are away to Man city not Arsenal! Still should get run ragged but I have a feeling Poyet will rest some players on ground City will hit back tonight so very unlikely to get a result and a cup win might be good for morale. Plus Poyet can't stand us, feeling is mutual, so for him he would rather beat us than get a point at City.
Man U are away to Arsenal so looking for the gunners to win but for once want Spuds to win, which means they wont!

Re: HULL CITY AWAY
Well this goes to show that Fonte and rest of the team are willing to battle for the club, Osvaldo just doesn't know what this type of commitment is all about.

Re: HULL CITY AWAY
Don't know where I dreamed up my fixture list for last night.....
Anyway, nice to see Newcastle got walloped while Man U just picked up one point. Shame Sunderland's game was off.
