MAYUKA OUT ON SEASON'S LOAN

Surprised at this as we only had 4 strikers and though he would be our 4th choice , on the bench and start cup games etc. I have not seen a greta deal from him so far but he hasn't had that many opportunities.

Hope we have someone else lined up or we will be back to just 3 strikers

Sort of on the same topic. What is the current situation with Billy Sharp ?

Still on the books but has not been training with the first team squad. Rumours are Saints had offers from a premiership club (presume Palace or Hull) but didn't meet our price and a couple of championship sides did meet our valuation but Sharp wanted to go to the premiership club.

Not sure anyone has won here and with Mayuka gone logic would say get Sharp training with first team and at least play in cup games and have on bench. Unfortunately I don't think that is going to happen.
