I doubt it, the quality of refs last year was apalling and there is no they favour the big boys, plus most of them up based in the North. I am just hoping some of them have reached the retirement age but Webb, Dean, Dowd, Clattenburg, Mason, were all poor in my view and personally would prefer to see some competition from foreign referees as might wake some of them up.
