After escaping from Coventry with a win we now face a trip to the Smoke. I think Nigel will again use the youngsters to rest some of the regular first teamers.

It will be a tougher game but much easier to reach. Wonder how many we will take to the game. Last time we failed to sell our quota.

Is it possible we could see Puncheon, Lambert and Lee play?

well a replay which is not ideal but important after the dire performance on Monday that we didnt lose. As NA has said on OS some positives, Cple of youngsters got games, Barnie was back which was a surprise, Lee got some time on the pitch, Puncheon played and Rickie scored.

Fact that no Fonte, Seaborne, Hoovield and Jaidi (though on the bench) suggests we could do with a CH even if loan deal. As we havent actually spent any money yet still hoping we might bring in some quality, plenty of players but many of them are not really good enough for a side aiming to win outright promotion.

I guess we will see several given a rest on Tuesday..... but rather hope we get through, mainly as I'd like to leave our poor sequence of results behind.

well will be changes but not so many youngsters as we have players returning from injuries.

Would think Hammond will probably get a game with Cork or Schneiderlin rested, Harding will play left back with Fox suspended, wont risk Hoovield but most choice will be around up front and wide right. With 7 subs bit more room on the bench and a chance for Lee to get some more pitch time as he didnt even make the bench yesterday. Guess he will stick with Bart in goal for cup games, first one back at St Marys since his blackpool howler hope the fams get behind him.

would like to see us get through as you say Mike a win important as not been to many lately and a premiership club next who are definitely beatable.

I think Lee will play 90 mjns.Maybe partnered by Barnard unless as rumour has it he goes to Doncaster on loan. Then the usual mix of youngsters and a sprinkling of first team players.Hope Chaplow is fit enough to get a run out, really hope we win as I think we can beat Bolton and then, if we get a decent draw we are only one game from a semi final at Wembley, come on you Saints.

I wasn't that fussed about the cup, but this was a good opportunity to arrest our recent alarming slump and we f**ked it up. I'm gutted for that reason alone. To lose at home against such a poor side as Millwall is massively disappointing and not good enough. Ok, so the team were missing a few first choice players but still should have had enough to beat Millwall. 'Magic of the cup' some might say...well 'magic of the cup' my arse. Evil or Very Mad

Think its down to balance, no cork or scheneidelrin meant Chaplow comes back into "new" midfield, By all accounts utter rubbish 1st 30 min then had plenty of chances that didnt take but always looked shaky at the back. Have to say Martin hasnt looked great lately and certainly 2nd goal was poor defending, Loan window has opened and would like to see a decent experienced defender signed.

NA now needs to earn his money and would like to see him make things slightly less complicated. Lambert and Sharp up front midfield Cork with either schneiderlin or hammond with Chaplow on right with Guly as sub to come on if he tires. Full backs to get forward more and ensure decent balls into the box. Lee Connoly Puncheon Harding on the bench. Give that starting 11, 3 games to turn it around if that doesnt work then look at different options but for me that starting line up should be capable of winning, hopefully Hoovield fit for saturday.
