CAN SAINTS DO IT AT PLYMOUTH?
A win on Monday will effectively mean automatic promotion is assured........can we do it? Or will the race go all the way to the wire?
Re: CAN SAINTS DO IT AT PLYMOUTH?
I sincerely hope so for my nerves and heart! Of the last 3 games I always thought this would be the hardest which is why Saturdays win was so crucial. Despite needing a win themselves think Plymouth will be defensive and try and frustrate us then score a late goal. just about the players applying themselves and getting the job done which to be fair they have been in the last couple of months.
My mate is worried as we have never managed to put 5 wins in a row together this season and this is game 5!
Unlike Saturday which for most of the game was reasonably stress free, penalty aside, think this will be a much more tense and nervy affair but with Lallana, Lambert and Connolly you would hope for a match winner amongst them, hopefully all 3 will score!!!!!!!!!

Re: CAN SAINTS DO IT AT PLYMOUTH?
last e mail went in the ether! Well done saints who have stepped up a gear in last few weeks so well done to a very professional job and also hard luck to Huddersfield who have pushed us so hard, hope they go up as unbeaten for 23+ games and 86 points deserves to be promoted.
Tough on Plymouth but hope they can build and come back, 10 point deduction is a killer, we know!
Will be having a few beers before the game saturday and afterwards so please don't expect a match report, or one that makes any sense!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: CAN SAINTS DO IT AT PLYMOUTH?
I was away and missed our promotion (the ship's satellite system went down so we had no mobile phones, no internet, no nothing), so this is belated. Well done Saints and what a relief! WE ARE GOING UP, WE ARE GOING UP!
Shame about Plymouth, but hopefully they'll bounce back like we have.
Playoffs? Huddersfield deserve it, so I hope they win although I'd quite like Bournemouth to go up.
