I actually think the match being called off could be a good thing. first it gives our squad a break and secondly it gives us the chance to buy more players.

I agree, and I thought the same thing about giving the players a break as soon as I saw the headline. Rickie Lambert, in particular, looks as if he could do with not playing for a week or two.

Agree with you guys. Lambert gets absolutely battered every week by opposition defenders and despite scoring a lot of set-pieces recently has looked tired in open play.

Yeah a day off for Lambert, Lallana and Hammond is probably good news. Pitch is bound to be frozen and got to be honest wasnt fancying the trip in and watching the game in sub zero temps. Must remember not to complain when we dp play midweek and its pouring with rain!!
