DODD BACK AT ST MARY'S

Aldershot Town's caretaker manager Jason Dodd has left the club to take up a new role at Southampton's academy.
Dodd was put in temporary charge at the Recreation Ground in October after former boss Gary Waddock moved to Wycombe Wanderers.
His new role as academy development coach will begin on Monday, 9 November.
Dodd won just one point during his three-match tenure at Aldershot losing two matches and overseeing a 0-0 draw with Rotherham.
Dodd will remain in charge for the Shots FA Cup first round tie at home to Bury on Saturday.

Good news for me. Always remember when we went up to Blackpool a couple of years ago we were staying at the same hotel as the team and Dodsy came acorss at breakfast to say hello and thanks for supporting the team and making the trip. Didnt have to and think he will be good in this role
