STOCKPORT UP NEXT.
Another away game and one in which we will be hoping for an improvement in performance. Can we get our first win or will it take a little longer for the players to gel together. It will be interesting to see whether AP keeps Perry in or if he plays Thomas in his place as we are away. Me I would leave Perry in but would like to see Gillett in instead of Lallana or Mellis. Both have talent but are a bit lightweight, Mellis has shown a bit more fight and willingness. Murty could be back as well which could add to the strength of our defence and Fish just may be ready as well. I still think a player who has been out for a few games should start with a warm up in the reserves for a bit of match practice.

For a minute there I was hopeful, until I saw the date of the post. :x

Re: STOCKPORT UP NEXT.
Just a thought - considering that Stockport SHOULD be on minus points and aren't, yet we got hammered by the full weight of the FA's inconsistent rules, I think it will be a travesty if we don't dish out a measure of justice and thrash them.

Re: STOCKPORT UP NEXT.
No Wotton in the side, according to Solent (AP as finally realised how shyte he is), no Schneiderlin, who is on the bench, no doubt because of his alleged desire to leave. AP's going to play a 3-5-2 formation.

Re: STOCKPORT UP NEXT.
The commentary is dreadful, there's so much background noise that Messrs Blackmore and Merrington can barely be heard.

Re: STOCKPORT UP NEXT.
Officials give us NO decisions WHATSOEVER! Are the officials even crapper in L1 or are they just not wanting to give Saints anything?

Re: STOCKPORT UP NEXT.
Saints playing very well 1st half. Hammond and James especially doing well. 2 obvious penalties for Saints not given but Saints get panlty for handball in 1st half injury time. Lambert steps up blasts it home. 1-0 Saints!

Re: STOCKPORT UP NEXT.
The Solent commentary is awful today. They didn't even tell us if Lambert had actually scored for abouty 15 seconds, just "Lambert hits it to the right".... Silence

I don't know what's up with them today. The sound quality is dreadful and the commentary on the penalty was non existent. I thought Lambert had missed it, as Blackmore and Merrington told us nothing. Useless.

Why is it when we're in the lead the last few minutes drag, yet when we're chasing the game the minutes fly past?

I would like to get the ref and beat the shit out of him. He was fucking useless all game. He's cost us dear. Not to take away the fact that we could have been 2 or three up by that point. :x
