Im no different than anyone else and obviously want an end to this takeover torture,personally i think its pointless gibbering on about it though as there`s bugger all we can do,hopefully when all this is sorted we can get on with the new season and talk about the players,games etc....still at least it looks as if we might have Stern back for next season,i hope Wotte can get the best out of him because on his day he`s far better than Mcgoldrick,Saga and Rasiak

Both my husband and I were season ticket holders, until we moved abroad. However, we do still follow Saints avidly! We are really distraught that the club is in the position they are in now and really hope the situation is resolved as soon as possible. It doesn't bear thinking about the fact there could be no football club for the City of Southampton!

Welcome to the forum SK. You are like a lot of Saints fans in feeling helpless as our club struggles through the ineptitude of previous owners. Hopefully we can get something done this week so that the football can again take precedence over all other matters.

Welcome also to you SHM1. I agree it will be nice to be able to discuss football matters again. You will see that we run a few competitions on here and a couple more will be added during the season. The three cup tournaments for starters. It will be interesting after the Eastliegh game to see what changes are made for the next game.

This has to finish soon - that's not a pun by the way - it's the swiss that looks likley (thats what i'm hoping for)- not a finn! Please not Gallico - a 'bachelor day' is not what we need (not what we ned if reports are to be believed). Good news about trialists - I'm happy to support Wotte for time being.He didn't have many options last season, but if we can just get the take over sorted......! I think someone somewhere within the club must know something. Would you go on trial at a club that was just about to go out of business? Come on you reds......!
