AWAY TO EVERTON

Can Saints get what would be a surprise win? I'm going to say I can't see anything but a loss.....maybe 2-0..... and fingers crossed that I can't be right 2 games back to back.

It would be good if we could get a point but I thinkEverton will probably win but I am hoping their defence is still a bit slow. If we start 5 at the back no chance but hope he has learnt from Burnley game

Disappointing result but if we start Stephens and Hoedt in most games I can only see us losing. Appreciate Vestergaard was ill but what's up with Bedanek (not even in the squad?) and Yoshida who was our most consistent defender last season. In fact Yoshida should be captain in my view as actually has integrity and respect of others. Starting Austin was an odd decision for me, we should be pairing Ings and Gabbadini midfield is struggling so would expect Hojberg to start.

Bit unfortunate as we seem to be picking up injuries, Vestergaard, Elyou, Armstrong in first week hopefully nota sign for the season ahead, time to turn it around against Leicster
