Well i would settle for point. Since McInnes has come Bristol City have looked solid and now Maynard is hitting goals they have a genuine threat up front and Adomah had pace and ran at defenders. Saw them on tv against Millwall on Sunday and will clearly be a tough test for saints. That said we have looked strong in recent games though we need to be a bit tighter at the back than we were at the Coventry game. Will be interesting to see the team selection and whether we stick with 4 4 2 or NA looks to strengthen the midfield.

My prediction is 1 - 1

It sounded as if Saints hadn't turned up for this one but, to give them their due Bristol City didn't let them play. Very disappointing, but put into perspective when you consider it's only our third league defeat this season.

This week's matches now become very important. Do we pick up the pace again or do we start to falter??

Well a good test now to see how we respond. Dont think a surprise that losing Chappers early on had an impact and does show we can struggle breaking down sides. Think also something to look at is tactics for away games, have only won 3 so room there for improvement and we do seem to stick with 4 4 2 no matter what.

As NA has said previously dont get carried away with the wins and dont get to down with defeats but will be expecting a good response on Tuesday.
