ADKINS' BIG MOUTH??

To be honest Nigel Adkins is a breath of fresh air as he isn't scared to be as bullish and positive as possible when facing the media. Yes he may come across as arrogant amongst supporters of other clubs but for me he is the best manager we have had for some time and I am looking forward to him taking us to the Championship and beyond!!

I think the title is off the mark. Don't think Adkins is particularly arrogant, unlike Pardew who could easily wind up other clubs! He just says it how it is and recognises that with everything at the club we should be challenging at the top. He is always generous when talking about other clubs cant remember ever saying anything bad about another club plus every manager will have to "talk up" his team during the season, its all part of the kidology that goes one, same as when they say players aren't fit but then manage a last minute miracle recovery and play!

Guess NA will now take this article and put up for when we play Brighton! Reality is players should'nt need to be "wound up" for a game because of something someone has said, they are supposed to be professional and get on with the job.

BHA and their fans seem to have a bit of a problem with us. It looks like they're home and hosed, barring a massive collapse which I don't see happening, so they need to ignore us and concentrate on themselves. Unless it's a sign of insecurity.
