Lee Barnard rumour

There are a few rumours going around about Lee Barnard and events at a night club last night, such as on here among other places. The fact that this has not even been mentioned in the media, when normally any footballer indiscretion is pounced on like a cat on a mouse, makes me think it's complete bollocks. Let's hope it's just complete bollocks started by a bunch of mongs and nothing more than that. Yet another set back is just what we don't need, especially as the rest of our strikeforce is out of form or injured.

Well a shame that they have to go clubbing locally as always at risk of things kicking off especially with the morons that go at night. Unfortunately the modern game and our players will be no different to any other professional footballers, to much money and always in the spotlight.

Bailed for 2 months....

The fact he's been bailed until December and not charged tells me that this might not be as serious as we think. If the police had evidence he'd committed a serious offence, he'd be charged with it.
