Pardew needs to justify that but for the points deduction we would have been in the play off places at least,so he is going to be geeing up the players to go out and win.Whether the players have the same incentive may be a moot point although some will be playing for new contracts.

Wont be easy as Gillingham have a good home record only lost 3 games out of 22. Don't think we will take it easy but think a draw the likely result. Would like to see Barnard start up front with Lambert. Also would like Jaidi to start but suspect might be kept until last game as no real point risking any injuries now.

Going to game so hope doesn't rain as no cover for away fans!!

Not by the sounds of things. It is dreadful listening. Anyone who has gone to this will be entitled to feel short-changed. I don't give a stuff whether we have nothing to play for or not, we should not be playing like we are (at the time of writing - half way through the second half) this game.
Wake up Saints, this is diabolical.
