Originally thought we would get hammered but despite the headline they were not great against Everton. Think VVD will start and don't think this is the game to try 3 at the back. A solid 4 at the back, lemina and romeau anchoring the middle and we should at least give them a game. Think we will still lose, not scoring enough but should be close, a 2-1 defeat for me

Well my mate said we're "brilliant and unlucky" while we may have been unlucky it's not all down to luck and the first half was poor. Pellegrino is so risk averse, won't play 2 strikers as will hurt the midfield which is a joke when he plays Redmond and Tadic both are hopeless in supporting the midfield. drop one, or ideally both of them and you can play Long and Gabbadini plus also another attacking midfield player like Hojberg, or play Targett at LB and play Bertrand in the middle on left side. Target will create more on the left than either Redmond or Tadic.

Also why not start VVD? Yes a risk might not have lasted 90 minutes but he is our best player regardless of what happened and the fans will forget if he helps us win games.

Really worried that Pellegrino is either ultra cautious or influenced too much by Reed or Black (Reed's spy in the camp)
