Well hope I dont jinx us but think we can get 4 in a row though will be a tough game. W Ham will play like QPR and try to kick us off the park and kick the ball up in the air at every opportunity. Quite ironic that a side that was always renowned for playing attractive football are now one of the least attractive team to watch, Alladyce has turned them into "Bolton".

Expect a tough game and we will need to be patient but saints to win 2 - 1

No I think we will be disappointed with a point.

However heard on Solent that Rodrigues, Puncheon and think Cline might not play due to an illness, that's a worry especially Rodrigues as has been on fire recently

Yeah is Shaw and that is a worry as afraid Fox has struggled this season. That said he could play Cline at left back move Yoshida to right back bring in Fonte at CH and would still leave Fox and Forren on the bench. Yoshida has looked okay at RB, cline has done a couple of games at LB and been okay and Fonte now back to fitness has been unlucky not to get back into the side.

Hoping for maybe another 2-0 win. But I think we will need to be at our best at the back, especially for set pieces.

Slightly worried about this one, it's just the sort of 'should win' game that we'll lose.

Two more points thrown away from a winning position, meaning that's 29 points thrown away from such positions this season. Oh well, a point is a point, I suppose although it should have been all three but, barring something really stupid happening, I don't see us going down this season now, with 5 games left.
QPR and Reading are all but dead and buried, I don't see them staying up so it's down to one of Wigan, Villa, Sunderland or Stoke for the final relegation slot.

Nostromo you must have been at the game as that just about sums it up!!

At the end of the day without Rodrigues and Shaw in starting line up a point is okay and gets us closer to the 40 point mark and with Norwich and QPR losing, Villa and reading drawing not a bad set of results.

Alladyce has really ruined W Ham as a football club, games between saints and W Ham always use to be great entertaining games but Alladyce has turned them into Bolton and aside from QPR the worst footballing team to have played at St Marys this season. He will keep them up but they will simply stagnate and in 2 years time if Alladyce is still there then they will be struggling to avoid relegation. Plus as soon as I knew we had Dean as ref knew it would be awful game. He is an arrogant ref who is actually poor in getting decisions right, totally inconsistent bias to players such as Nolan and wants to be pals with likes of Alladyce as he thinks he is so good. The sooner he retires the better for football as he ruins the game and unduly influences result. The booking Fox got was a classic, a great sliding tackle, foot on the ground, played the ball against the W ham player to win the throw. Dean who was in line so didn't have a good view gives free kick and immediately books Fox. Linesman in full view of the tackle gives nothing. Both linesman were in fear of Dean and either delayed putting up their flag or waited for Dean to make a decision.

Allaydyce's intention (seems a shame to say W Ham as they have always had a good tradition of playing football) was clear after 15 seconds. Took kick off 3 passes back and big Hoof down field, and so went the rest of Alladyces tactics for the game. lump it to Carroll who either elbowed the CHs. Hoovield took 2 elbows which both should have been bookings, or fell over, flick to Nolan and that was their game plan.

Very hard to try and play through that though saints with Ramerez and Lallana playing in support of Lambert but to often Rickie was left on his own and Ramerez and Lallana were slow in getting forward. best chance in first half when Ramerez hit a free kick which went all the way across the goal, Lambert got an outstretched foot to it but their goalie managed somehow to get across and between his leg the post and a bit of luck ball spun out. Lallana and Davis both had shots blocked, only threat from Alladyce hackers was when Fox committed and allowed Ve taz in and his pull back was blocked by a saints defender. Yet another Alladyce tactic was their goalie taking for ever over goal kicks, delays with throw ins, always taken from 10 yards from where ball went out yet Dean, the superstar ref , at least in his own mind, did nothing. Saints so nearly took the lead just on half time, Cork on the left put in a deep cross and Lambert had a clear header but went wide of right hand post, would have been better to head back across goal as his climb meant he had loads of power.

Second half started slowly then Cline who had a good game got free down the right beat his man, cut in but his pull back but cross evaded everyone. Carroll should have given them the lead when following a bounce around in the area the ball fell kindly to him but thankfully shot wide. Saints took the lead when Ramerez ran on goal tried to knock the ball through but rebounded of a couple of their defenders but fell kindly to Ramerez in on goal and he blasted into roof of the net. Thought Ramerez had a poor game aside from the goal. A number of passes just never reached the player and surprisingly for a so called skilful player his dead ball deliver was awful, wasted 3 good opportunities from free kicks in good positions with over hitting the ball.

Saints nearly conceded from the usual high ball with a header towards goal but Cork made a great headed clearance of the line. The equaliser did come courtesy of Dean. Ball bounced around the area Hoovield slid in and clearly won the ball yet Dean gave free kick. Dean made sure he measured out 10 yards yet funnily enough never did when we had free kick. Knocked to Carroll and seemed to take a slight deflection past Boruc, wasn't even well hit and really annoying Carroll scored. I hope he never ever wears a saints shirt. Despite his ability in the air he is a dirty nasty piece of work, deliberately elbows players and also hope he never wears an England shirt, an absolute disgraceful player, will never know why Dagliesh spent 35 m on him.

Saints brought on Rodrigues for lallana, thought he would have taken of Ramerez and made an instant impact running at players and causing havoc in their defence, no doubt in my mind if he had been fit enough to start we would have won. Saints won a free kick just outside the box when Fox was nearly sliced in half by Vaz Te, at least he got a booking, but Rickie's effort hit the wall for a corner, shame he didn't blast it as could have at least re arranged Carrolls ugly face. Saints pressed towards the end but just couldn't find a way through as Alladyce's team blocked, hacked anything that moved.

One more point towards safety, hopefully can pick up a point at Swansea as probably 39 points will be enough but just want to get past the 40 point as soon as we can so last couple of games can be stress free. A point against Swansea then beat WBA means we could relax for the last 3 games which include 2 away games.

Boruc 6 couple of good saves but also a couple of minutes with his kicking caused some concerns
Cline 7 another good display and when he does get forward is a real threat though we need 2 forwards to make the most of this.
Hoovield 6 a battle with Carroll and unlucky with the free kick but he does lunge in and personally and I would be playing Fonte
Yoshida 6 conditions didn't help and was a bit "headless chicken" at time plus his jumping was poor today, jumped to early on several times
Fox 6 tried hard but caught out on several occasions, hopefully Shaw will be back next week.
Cork 7 battled away and was behind most of the good moves.
Schneiderlin 6 struggled today
Davis 8 for me man of the match, non stop running breaking up play and simple ball to others
Lallana 6 good and not so good from Adam but conditions were not great for skilful play
Ramerez 6 scored the goal but rest of his play was poor, hopefully we will see a better player next season
Lambert 7 battled away with little support

Sub Rodrigues 7 made a big impact when he came on
Puncheon 6 gave us more attacking option when he came on.

Tino, can we please work on defending set pieces??

A point is something but not looking as though we will finish above West Ham now..........and Newcastle will jump over us if they win today. Still, guess a win for Newcastle would suit us better than a win for Sunderland, which would leave us still too close to the drop zone. Think I'll wish for a draw.
