Re: THE NEW MAN!
I wish him the best and hope he does superbly for us. Hopefully the fans will get behind him.

Re: THE NEW MAN!
From the Talk Sport website.....
Adkins’ replacement Mauricio Pochettino got his reign off to a decent start with a goalless draw against Everton but there are fears his limited grasp of the English language will hinder his work.
However, Le Tissier has played down those concerns, adding: "I’m sure he will be learning the language pretty quickly and hopefully it won't be too long before he no longer needs a translator.
"I was sitting near the touchline and he was certainly communicating with the players on the pitch."

From an article on the Telegraph website....
Pochettino has made a very positive impact with the Southampton players. His assistant, Jesus Perez, speaks fluent English while Pochettino himself can actually converse reasonably well in English even though he currently prefers the use of a translator for media interviews.

Re: THE NEW MAN!
probably Cortese told him the press are **** and not to talk to them so good excuse at least for now to just answer through his interpreter. He did call rickie over on Monday night and appeared to be talking to him and my guess is Rickie doesnt speak Spanish or Argentinian!!

Re: THE NEW MAN!
Not entirely sure Pochettino is the answer. His pressing game was hailed as a positive but has been quickly found out by Newcastle, then by QPR, the worst side in the PL. Now, what will he do about it? I hope he has some ideas.
